Dhilani Warbird
Blue Phantom Chronicles - Capital Ship - Battlecruiser
The Dhilani Warbird is a heavy battlecruiser in service to the Dhilani Empire and has been designed for a single purpose: destruction. This massive warship, which measures almost 2 kilometers in length, has been stripped of everything not dedicated for heavy offensive combat, such as hangar bays or troop garrisons. While it may be by far not the largest or most powerful Dhilani ship, it is nonetheless superior in size and firepower to most other ships of its time.
Warbirds usually make up the major part within Dhilani battle groups. Within these groups, however, they sometimes are commanded by autonomous weapon masters.

Dev notes & Origins
The Warbird's design evolved from a much smaller craft featured in the handdrawn comic. There it was more of a corvette-type ship.
The Warbird got its name from the bird-like crest spread across its dorsal hull.
The warbird also laid the groundwork for the final conception of the Dhilani Leviathan-class Dreadnought
Mammoth - Carrier variant
The Dhilani Mammoth is a carrier vessel, derived from the Dhilani Warbird, designed to transport and coordinate large numbers of Dhilani swarm fighters. The huge hangar bay, which measures a quart of the ship's size, can easily hold over 500 fighters. Equipped with a complex system of communication arrays these carriers also act as tactical coordination and communication platforms for the fighters.
