Description

Torlax is the fourth planet in the Hedrec System. As one of three habitable planets it was the first world after Bricera to be colonised by humans and, through the centuries, grew a sprawling population of its own.

Torlax' four continents are mostly covered with forests and grass land, similarily to its 'neighbour' Bricera. For a long time the planet was ruled by the Khisar clan until the end of the Family war with the Vaylon Clan of Bricera, who defeated them and took control of the planet.

The Hedrecian Feud

Across centuries, trade disputes between the ruling families of Torlax and Bricera hardened relations between the two planets and evolved into a cold war with either planet shoring up their defenses and building up impressive armadas as a show of force. The tensions erupted in open war when Briceran agents goaded Torlax into action and engaging Bricera in open hostilities. With the lethal assault on Bricera's aging overlord Sorrin Vaylon, his heir, Jarris Vaylon vowed to avenge his father's death and unleashed the Briceran navy on Torlax. With several key members of his own clan assassinated in short sequence, Torlacian Overlord Dalor Khisar found himself cornered by this sudden and overwhelming assault and tried to flee the planet, only to be shot down by Briceran fighters.
