A small remote planet in the edge regions of the galaxy. Due to its and its insularity and its permanent sub-tropical climate it's been known as a holiday paradise and refuge from the everyday life for a long time. Within time however, it more and more got the reputation to be a romping place for all kinds of high profile criminals - a fact or rather a rumor - brought to life by agents of a clandestine organization known only as the Khall Syndicate.

Reasons behind these actions elude most, it is likely however that the Syndicate planeted this reputation to grant itself some space to freely operate and develop without to many curious noses poking into their affairs. With Khall independent from any political faction and despite this reputation no solid evidence of their operations - their actual existence - was found, no military action against them has been undertaken so far.
