Xech Rhitargo

Xech Rhitargo was a Starship Captain in the Dhilani Armada, at the hight of his career amongst his people he commanded the Leviathan, one of the armada's flagships. A calm and commanding figure, Rhitargo was one of the few of his people that did resist the general drive for bloodlust that had been seeded in the empire's final days. Similar to Marph Dralun he had serious reservations regarding the radical change of course brought about by the Pharas, but unlike Dralun, kept these for himself. Knowing that open opposition would only label him a traitor and undermine any chance of making a change, he secretly made preparations and slowly built up a network of confidantes inside and outside the Dhilani. 

Defection

Knowing that his cover was thin at best, Rhitargo found his chance to escape during the Battle over Bricera, as the Leviathan came under heavy attack, Rhitargo utilized the general chaos of rage and growing panic to slip away and escape the ship with a shuttle which he had already prepared.

PSA Supreme Commander

Rhitargo's loyalty to Trageton was unbroken through the time of his rebellion and he followed him even into his exodus to found what would later be known as the Phoenix Systems Alliance. His experience and competence eventually earned him a position as one of the few Supreme Commanders in the PSA navy, commanding a battlegroup led by the WHC Warhammer.
