Sheal Draykh was a starfighter pilot in Phantom Squadron, serving under Vince Trageton.
He would later assume the role of captain of the Seraphim, taking on the role as Myrna Qhalic's second in command.

Draykh was killed during the Seraphim's escape from Calim IV. His post as Phantom 4 would later be by Dirrc Homin who'd also act as medic for the Squadron.
Trivia
The character was originally introduced in the novelization Shadows over Bricera, as more of an annoyance than a valuable starfighter pilot. Eventually though I figured such a character was kind of a mismatch if placed inside Phantom Squadron. Aaaand we already got Monk! I did kill him off anyway.
