Niribeth Karner

At the age of 48 Niribeth Karner has seen a lot of things in her life and has by now made up her own mind on how the galaxy works. 

Early Life

Niribeth was born on Bricera as the single child with both her parents serving in the navy. As such it was to noone's suprise that Niribeth would eventuay follow in their footsteps. During numerous skirmishes between Bricera and Torlax and finally the heated Battle of Torlax she proved her mettle, displaying a cool and and focused attitude and a commendable tactical prowess which eventualy gained her a position as Captain of one of Bricera's renouned Phoenix-class Battlecruisers, the Dominance. 

In the time after the great schism Karner became a protegée to Supreme Commander Ray Firkis and was promoted to Admiral, commandeering a small UPMF battlegroup. Like many veterans within the Navy she regaraded the UPA government in the post-Aelhoc era with contempt and disappointment. While Aelhoc had gone too far and into the wrong direction, those now leading the Alliance were unwillingg to even take a step out of fear to repeat his mistakes. When her superior approached her with his decision to defect to the Phoenix Systems Alliance she was quite taken with the idea of trading the incompetent and corrupt UPA government for a strong ruler who clearly displayed a greater understanding of the intergalactic system and the things that had to be done to survive in it. Together, along with numerous other high-ranking UPMF members they plotted to overthrow the frage, self-serving government and bring the entire UPA under the PSA's sway - for the greater good.

Within the restructuring of the UPMF Karner was finally granted the rank of Supreme Commander over what used to be the UPMF, now one of several PSA battlegroups.
