Izidi Frucien is a communications and espionage specialist within Phantom Squadron.
The seemingly constantly broody Sinician had a rough start in Phantom Squadron. Although hand-picked by Vince Trageton for her exceptional flying skills and the seemingly infinite network of contacts and familiars she brought along, curtesy of being a Watcher agent, her cold and inapproachable character soon got her the nickname "Ice Queen". The differences were eventually were resolved and Ice Queen was well accepted into the team.
